These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the bdjk platform. By accessing or using bdjk, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.

Welcome to bdjk. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdjk ("bdjk", "we", "us", "our") governing your registration, access, and use of the bdjk website located at bdjk.ws and all associated services, games, promotions, and features available through the platform. Please read these Terms carefully and in their entirety before registering an account or placing any bet or wager on the bdjk platform.
By creating an account, logging in, or continuing to use any part of the bdjk platform after these Terms have been published, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use or access the bdjk platform.
Who May Use the bdjk Platform
Access to and use of the bdjk platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:
- You are at least 21 years of age. bdjk strictly prohibits use of the platform by persons under the age of 21. Age verification will be required during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
- You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online casino and sports betting activities are not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of bdjk is legal in your jurisdiction.
- You are registering only one account. bdjk permits one account per person, per household, and per IP address. Multiple accounts by the same individual will result in suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances and bonuses.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. bdjk accounts may not be operated or managed by an agent, third-party service, or automated system on behalf of another person.
- You have not previously been excluded from or suspended by bdjk or informed by bdjk that your account has been closed due to a breach of these Terms.
Account Registration, Verification, and Security
To access the full range of bdjk features including betting, casino games, and withdrawals, you must register an account and complete the verification process. The following clauses apply to all registered accounts:
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. bdjk is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player, including an incorrect mobile number that prevents receipt of SMS verification codes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdjk login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. bdjk will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must contact bdjk support immediately.
bdjk is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Verification may require you to submit a government-issued photo ID (e.g., National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. bdjk may request additional documentation at any time. All documents are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods
bdjk supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:
- All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. bdjk does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard.
- Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your account. These limits may vary by payment method and may be updated by bdjk at any time with reasonable notice.
- Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. bdjk reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal pending verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of a suspected breach of these Terms.
- Deposits credited to your bdjk account must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal is processed, unless the deposited funds have not been used to participate in any game or bet. Wagering requirements on bonus funds are separate and are set out in the applicable promotion terms.
- bdjk does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. bdjk is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment processors.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
bdjk offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific promotion terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:
All bonuses issued by bdjk are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus amount or any winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 25x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, and per IP address. bdjk reserves the right to withdraw or void bonuses, and any winnings derived from them, if there is evidence that a player has attempted to claim the same bonus multiple times through separate accounts or through any other means.
bdjk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, where bdjk reasonably suspects that a promotion is being abused or where continuation of the promotion would be contrary to applicable law or regulation. Any bonuses already credited to a player's account at the time of cancellation may remain subject to their original terms or may be voided at bdjk's sole discretion.
Prohibited Activities and Fair Use
By using the bdjk platform you agree not to engage in any of the following activities. Violation of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate the outcome of any game or bet on the bdjk platform.
- Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over bdjk, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit promotions.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering, using the platform to deposit and withdraw funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity, or using the platform in connection with any criminal activity.
- Opening or operating multiple bdjk accounts, or registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your registered account.
- Attempting to exploit any error, malfunction, or technical vulnerability in any game, software, or payment system on the bdjk platform to obtain credits, winnings, or any other advantage not intended to be available to players.
bdjk monitors account activity and reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, bdjk will void all bets and winnings associated with the conduct, close the account, retain any balance in the account pending investigation, and report the activity to relevant authorities where required by law.
Your Obligation to Play Responsibly
bdjk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and provides a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. By accepting these Terms you acknowledge that online gaming carries the risk of financial loss and that it is your responsibility to manage your gaming activity within your personal financial means. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:
- Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your bdjk account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.
- Session reminders — set a time reminder to alert you after a specified period of gaming activity so you can take regular breaks.
- Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend access to your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 24 hours) without permanently closing your account.
- Self-exclusion — permanently close your bdjk account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed. Any remaining balance at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you via your registered payment method after verification.
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdjk and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the bdjk platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, interruption of service, or any technical malfunction. bdjk does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times.
bdjk makes no representation that the games, services, or content available on the platform are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players accessing bdjk from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to bdjk's jurisdiction of operation. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the first instance through bdjk's internal complaints procedure as set out in the FAQ.
Changes to These Terms and Conditions
bdjk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdjk will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by displaying a prominent notice on the bdjk platform. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the bdjk platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the bdjk platform and contact our support team to close your account and arrange return of any available balance.
